Description of Duties:
NOA has an immediate opening for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic paralegal
to join the global anti-piracy team, focused on pursuing counterfeit and
pirated Nintendo products. The successful candidate will assist in developing
reports and presentations, drafting basic legal documents, organizing and
maintaining databases and files. This position is also responsible for communicating
with internal and external partners, including international subsidiaries,
distributors, foreign counsel, investigators and vendors and will provide
administrative support as needed.
Summary of Requirements:
If you are a paralegal with three to five years of IP-related legal experience and
have earned your paralegal degree (or an undergraduate degree in a related
field) with outstanding analytical, communication and organizational skills,
this could be the job for you! NOA is looking for a self-motivated paralegal
who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Some knowledge of video games
and foreign language skills preferred, but not required.
